- Contrary to recent rumors, Georges St-Pierre's coach Firas Zahabi told Ariel Helwani during an episode of UFC Tonight that reports of the welterweight champion's imminent retirement were based on comments taken out of context. Zahabi explained that St-Pierre will retire when he loses his drive during a training camp, but that his most recent training camp in preparation for Johny Hendricks has been one of the best of his career. According to Zahabi, St-Pierre has "lots of fights left."
