- On Saturday, former ECW World Heavyweight Champion Justin Credible appeared steamed with Matt Striker following their match for the New York Wrestling Connection in Deer Park, New York.
The two former WWE Superstars engaged in a scientific match featuring a storyline where if Credible cleanly defeated Striker (who portrayed the heel), they would tangle in a hardcore match next month. Following Striker's loss, the former WWE announcer struck Credible, causing him to bleed. Following the bout, Striker attempted to apologize backstage, but Credible fired back profanities and stormed away.
- WWE Hall of Famer "Rowdy" Roddy Piper is scheduled to appear at the Mad Monster Party convention taking place March 21-23 at Hilton Charlotte University Place (located 8629 J M Keynes Dr, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262).

In response to whether he watches wrestling today, Cox said, "I do, when I can. Now CM Punk and John Cena, you've got to me kidding me. Is this the best you got? Don't get me wrong, but if this is the best you got, but these guys ain't Brody. These guys would get destroyed in my day. When you watch the work today, it's so light. It's too make believe; too much entertainment. In my day, you believed you were getting your ass kicked, because you actually were."
Explaining why Lee deserves fan applause, WWE cites the New Jersey rising from obscurity to fulfill her lifelong dream of being champion for the sports-entertainment organization. The counterpoint on why Lee should be booed is because "she is a devil woman." Events of Lee wreaking havoc on Dolph Ziggler, Kane, Kaitlyn and other WWE cited are cited.
With over 5,000 votes cast, 66% say Lee should be cheered since "she's an example of perseverance, hard work, individuality and empowerment for the underdog."
