- It appears unlikely that AJ Styles, whose contract with TNA Wrestling expires in December, will find his way in WWE. According to this week's issue of Figure Four Weekly, there is little interest in the 36-year-old, with the publication noting that there is "far less interest in AJ from the WWE side than a normal, rational person would think."

- CM Punk and WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee were shown on camera during this afternoon's WGN broadcast of the Chicago Cubs versus Pittsburgh Pirates baseball game as both wrestlers were sitting in the stands. Punk, a lifelong Cubs fan, was acknowledged by the broadcasters.

- SLAM! Wrestling has posted photos from Monday's Raw event at All-State Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

- Devon Dudley is advertised to appear for Dreamwave Wrestling event at the LaSalle Knights of Columbus 209 Gooding St. LaSalle, Illinois, on Saturday, October 5.
